Many people have heard of the words Chinese Dim Sum, but do you know what it is? The word "dim sum" is derived from Cantonese language which literally means "dot the heart". It is a meal usually eaten during breakfast, brunch or tea consists of a mix of an assortment of Chinese snacks and appetizers in small portions served in plates or steamer basket. Dim sum can be steamed, deep-fried or baked.
Rival makes a smaller crock pot but I like cooking extra to allow for leftovers the following day. I especially love the crock pot on hot days because I don't have to stand over a stove to make a nice meal. At night, I just throw in the ingredients of the dish, then select "low" to cook. Place the grill rack back on it's holders.

Tony seemed to be doing Bill Cosby impression as he had a bit of this and a bit of that, all pork rib roast while sort of dancing in his chair. Line your slow cooker with a slow cooker bag (this will make clean up so much easier). Place the thawed beef roast into the cooker. Chop up enough carrots, celery and potatoes to feed your family and toss them into the slow cooker and arrange them around the roast. Sprinkle the onion soup mix over everything. Add in a few shakes of the salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce and then drop in a couple of spoonfuls of butter.
